In a busy clinic or practice, you need a temp employee who can hit the ground running with little orientation. Medical Temporaires, Inc. employs only experienced staff: clerical employees with at least six months of work experience and clinical employees with a minimum of one year in their fields of expertise. For clients in need of special work requirements, we can refer applicants who meet your criteria. Medical Temporaries, Inc. In order to maintain our reputation of excellence, we extensively screen each applicant before they are offered employment: - References - We attempt to acquire detailed information on all employees from past employers with regards to work performance, attitude, reliability and clinical skills.
- Background Checks - We perform criminal, sex offender checks and OIG searches on all applicants.
- Drug Screening - Pre-employment drug screens are performed on an as-needed basis, and random tests are done quarterly. We will comply with any client's occupational health requirements, such as immunizations, titers, or other medical tests.
Medical Temporaries, Inc. Has You Covered 
- Unemployment insurance - We assume responsibility for coverage for all our employees. You have no liability, even if our employee remains at your site for over 30 days.
- Workers' Compensation - Medical Temporaries, Inc. carries the required Workers' Compensation coverage for all employees. Our benefits manager will handle all reports of injury submitted by our employees through our insurance provider.
- Medical Malpractice - All Medical Temporaries, Inc. employees are insured through our carrier.
- Hepatitis Vaccination - We ensure all employees are in compliance with the required OSHA regulations
- Fidelity Bond - Our employees are covered under our Fidelity Bond insurance.
Temp to Hire
When you discover that the Medical Temporaries, Inc. employee is the one that you would like to hire as a long term employee, the transition from temp to perm is easy: - Our employees, working full time for you, become eligible for hire into your office after the completion of 90 days from their initial start date.
- Part time employees are eligible after working 520 hours.
- Once the time has come to hire the employee, all you have to do is call to let us know the specific date they will start on your payroll. There is nothing left to do and nothing additional to pay.
